Regular Season Round 12: Inter B. - Rae/Kiili 86-82

Everything went according to plan when top-ranked SlovakianInter (0-0) won against second-best Latvian Rae/Kiili (7-5) 86-82 on Friday. Inter took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Rae/Kiili won fourth quarter 19-17 . However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Inter forced 23 Rae/Kiili turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Erik Licko who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds and Nikolaj Lukjanec who added 24 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Estonian Ralf Lehtsaar with 20 points and 5 rebounds and Jakob Zirk scored 10 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rae/Kiili's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Despite that victory Inter went down to second position due to points difference, which they share with 11 other teams. Loser Rae/Kiili dropped to the 34th place with five games lost.
